Robustness/Water resistanceAll our systems are designed with robustness/water problems in mind. But note they are not fully waterproof - I believe no firing system is.
Output connectors use stainless steel parts, phosphor bronze contacts etc. We recommend covering everything where possible.
If buying a manual system - can it be 'traded in' if upgrading to digital ?
Not usually, but most people keep the manual panel and use the cables + firing modules for their digital system.
Warranty / support - what do you get / not get ?
Warranty is 1year from delivery, and support - we look after anyone who buys the system - you'll not wait for a reply and we're contactable 24/7 literally.
Suggestions for improvements or new features for both hardware and software are taken on board very seriously. We don't have the "it's how it is" attitude.
Digital - software included ?
Not included, but £250 for the software with 1yr of updates. You're getting £1000's worth when compared with other systems and we've designed it to be much friendlier than anything I've seen.
Discounts ? ie - if buying a 'package' - like system, firing modules - cabling etc.
Is there an online manual for the manual system ?
Unfortunately not - but there might be soon - we've just updated the manual panel and condensed it into a pelicase.
Hope this helps,
Thanks
Mat
